  • Will my white swimsuit go see-through?
    No. Our white swimsuits are triple-lined in order to stop transparency while wet and dry, so no colour should be visible.
  • How much coverage will my bikini bottoms have?
    Ultimately my swimsuits do sit differently on each woman depending on their body shape and torso length which can create more or less coverage. However, that being said, I aim to have two coverage options in each collection for cheeky or medium so there is a choice.
  • How do I care for my garment?
    All care instructions vary depending on the item, so in every item's description there are instructions on how to care for your garment.
  • How do I know what size I am?
    There should be a size guide on each individual product page. Sizes differ with products, as not every product is made from the same materials. E.g. cotton fabrics have little to no stretch, where as spandex can stretch quite a bit. Please choose your size carefully and check the size guide or contact me if you have any questions regarding sizing or a specific design.
  • Do you offer wholesale?
    Yes absolutely! I have only just recently starting taking wholesale orders. If you're interested in becoming a stockist of Indian Summer The Label, please fill in the form on my 'stockist page' which you can find at the bottom of all my website pages, or if you would prefer just to email me, this information you can find on my 'contact' page.
  • Do you accept afterpay?
    Yes! I accept most payment methods. However, if you have any issues with payment let me know via email.
  • When will my return be processed?
    Processing returned items may vary depending on the reason of the return. Delays may also be caused if the process outlined on my returns page is not followed correctly. I aim to process returns as soon as the returned product is delivered to my PO Box.
  • I haven't recieved my order or a shipping confirmation email yet?
    There may be a few reasons you have not received this email: 1. First things first, check your junk mail as the shipping confirmation sometimes ends up there! 2. If you have confirmed you do not have a shipping confirmation email in any inboxes, check the description of the product you have purchased to see if it is a 'pre-order' or 'in stock' item. 3. Once that has been looked over and have determined whether your item is 'pre-order' or 'in stock', there will be certain wait times listed in the description. Check that the given wait time has been met for that item. For most pre-order items it is around a 3 week wait for dispatch, and an end of week dispatch for stocked items. 4. Note that I ship most items at the end of the week, so if it has been the 3 week mark for your pre-order item, do not worry, I most likely have your item and will be posting it in the next couple days! Another possibility is that you entered the wrong email at checkout, which sometimes happens with a minor spelling mistake. If you think that is the case feel free to contact me to check!
  • Where do you ship to?
    I ship worldwide! If you have any trouble selecting a shipping option at checkout, please let me know so I can help you!
  • Can I cancel my order without being charged?
    In some cases I allow for order cancellations - however I cannot cancel an order once it's been dispatched. Please note 10% of your payment will be deducted as a result of website and bank fees.
  • I haven't recieved my order yet?
    Unfortunately, delays can occur. Once your package has been dispatched it is out of my control and I am not responsible for any further delays from the shipping company. If you have concerns please contact the shipment company (either Australia Post or DHL) with your tracking number so they can assist you in the whereabouts of your package.
  • Can I change my order once it's been placed?
    If you need a different size in an item please get in contact with me quickly as this size may be out of stock. Once I have sent your order I am unable to make any changes until you receive the product. Unfortunately, at this stage as a small business I can't offer refunds or returns due to change of mind.
  • What is your return policy?
    Please see my refunds & returns website page for detailed information on returns.
  • Can I get a refund due to 'change of mind'?
    Unfortunately at this stage I do not refund items due to change of mind. The only refunds or returns I will allow for are faulty items or exchanges for sizing. This is displayed in detail in my refunds and returns website page.
  • How do I return an item to exchange for another size?
    Please follow the process given on my refunds and returns website page.
  • Can I get a refund?
    This depends on various circumstances. Please give my refund and return policy a good read and apply through the form on that page if you are eligible.
  • Faulty or incorrect item
    If any items in your order are faulty, wrong or missing please contact me through my returns and refunds form, and I will resolve this as soon as possible. Please see my returns policy for further details.
  • When will my order be shipped?
    I tend to post all items out towards the end of the week. If you need it urgently just let me know and I can post it sooner for you! If your item is handmade or pre-order, it will take the given time listed in the item's description. Plaese allow for a couple days extra for me to process and dispatch your order.
  • What are your parcels and packaging made of?
    All orders are sent in compostable satchels made from 100% compostable materials. These satchels if not used as home compost, will then breakdown completely after 90 days in landfill. There is no need to remove the shipping label from the parcel as this too is a compostable sticker. Most orders are wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and are sealed with a compostable sticker with eco ink.
  • I entered the wrong address at checkout, how can I change this?
    Send me an email as I will have to change this on my end. You can also edit your saved address through the member's page for future purchases. However, please try to make sure you enter the right address before hand as this can be a timely process for me.
  • Customs import taxes and duty
    The buyer is responsible for any duties and taxes that may be lodged on your order upon processing by customs. Please check your countries reulations before purchasing. I will list the value lower than what you paid to avoid this, however there is no guarantee that you will not be charged.
